MY TEAM

Am proud to declare that I worked for “NETGEAR” . We were the super team on the floor.. I remember the day I stepped into the first day of office with Venky..

It’s a new environment and I was not sure how am going to adapt to it, everywhere new faces, new atmosphere, I was in a puzzled state..But only for a short time..I don know what's the magic behind it..The company had arranged a guest house for all of us.. We had great fun over there..

We will hav our moonlight Biriyani. we spent our time singing, dancing, night walk, speakin till 2 ‘0’ clk at morning.. passing horrible comments..

Binu, Machu, Praveen, Shiny, Shuba we were all a gang and nothing could stop us for being enjoyed… Gone are those days…

We had an excellent trainer Senthil and Mini Mam.. who made our training session memorable..
What a wonderful team we were.. Shiny, Magu, Sugan, Arun, Siva..Our work place was lik a home.. Whole schedule wil ping to each other, imitating our customers, listening to Magu’s call..passin comments.. arun s buttering to customer.. Sugan s demanding csat..We were all away from home.. But we never felt it..

Definitely should pen abt my TL- Rammi.. who I remember ever… He had never behaved to us like a TL..Like someone at home, who understands us better and tunes us in a righteous way.. At initial days, I was lagging to catch up technical stuffs.. he took the right step.. he understands the pulse and gives us the right input..

If I organize a team, for sure my role model is Rammi.. He builded our team like a family.. Its with tears in our heart.. we dispatched from the family..

The other sweet memory is my EL – Mohan.. The fun we all had together is evergreen....
EL –Niraj, my TL – Sathya were all too good to me..

In my second project, I got few good souls.... Deepa a caring sweetheart, Domi my brother, Bharat – a good friend. All made my life worth living..

As said before I am always blessed.. I am always surrounded by good people..
